Using cheats where I can find gengar(I have cyclo DS, and no wifi) Please help

You could use the wild pokemon modifier code.

Legit way: If you have any GBA Pokemon game, insert it into Slot-2, then run the game, then go to the Old Chateau, eventually you'll find a Gengar.

Not-legit way: Download PokeSAV Platinum, and change one of your empty slots in the PC box to a Gengar.
