Hacking Pokémon Platinum Freezing on M3DS Real

For some reason, Pokémon Platinum freezes whenever I try to connect to the GTS in the Pink Room. I'm using a M3DS Real, as you probably guessed by me posting in this forum.

Any help?

EDIT: Oh, needed to update my firmware.

If you use rykin patch the rom it won't work. If not idk!
