I have pokemon platinum on my flash cart. is there any way to get the dual slot advantages of the gba games if they're on my card?

i have both an acekard 2 ds slot card and an m3 ds gba slot card but i don't know how to get dual slot mode to work

The only way I know to get the dual slot running is to buy something like the EZFlash 3-in-1 (slot-1 device). I know the AceKard 2 has support built into the firmware but not sure about M3. Basically, the ARM chip for the slot-2 (DS mode) isn't powerful enough to run GBA games unless you're using an iPlayer card.

With a card like the EZFlash 3-in-1, the AceKard (and presumably the M3) will copy the game over to slot-1 device and run it. I use the 3-in-1 because it works with the (crappy) DS Browser and also functions as a rumble pack.

Of course, DSi has no slot-1 so you'd have to go with an iPlayer.
