Hacking Pokemon Pearl corrupting -.-

So, I've lost 15 hours of gameplay to corruption, and I don't know why. Is there anyway to fix the save file? I just got this damn DS-X working with the new update, and already I'm losing information. -.-

But I also fear my Backup save is being corrupted somehow, 2 of my pokemon have just dissapeared from the boxes... the same thing happened just before my better save corrupted, a wobbuffet went missing. Can anyone help me resolve this, or possibly fix the .sav?
