Just saw this on the M3 website... Gonna try it out, let all of you know how it goes!
Edit...
Doesn't seem to work at all. Tried fresh load of Pokemon Emerald from scratch, still unable to transfer, still have same save problem even with v29 of M3 Game Manager.
Going to try to reformat card... FAT instead of FAT32...
Update!
It's alive. Somewhere between formatting the SD card to FAT, and changing the save option on for the whole "Allow A+B+L+R saves", the transfers finally started working. Woo!
Anyone with an M3 + SD card playing pokemon games:
1) Upgrade your M3 software to v29 from the M3 player website
http://www.m3adapter.com/Download.htm
2) Format your SD card to FAT file system
3) When copying Pokemon game to your SD card with M3, make sure the "Allow A+B+L+R saves" option is allowed.
4) (if you have existing save file on your SD card, do the steps above)
