Just edit Wild encounter (0/1/2) and updated evolutions (2/1/5, because some evolutions would need you to trade with another game instead). But be aware that, though you'll have a full dex, a significant amount of your pokemons won't be legit because of their encounter location. Don't try to connect to the internet with this savefile afterhand (unless you make eggs of everything that's breedable and ditch everything once you're done).

You seem to know a lot, I too am looking to make an otherwise vanilla 721 patch. The edit that has the Pokémon holding evolutionary items, is that included with wild encounters or updated items?

I'm something like 80% sure that hold items are included into the wild encounters files. As far as I remember, the only edit in items files is the moon that has been switched with the Mega Ball (allows team Flare to mega-evolve any Pokémon that can mega-evolve as many times they want during the fight).

I'm trying to play the game again, but it isn't working at all anymore. I deleted the update files from my system and now Pokemon Neo Y isn't working at all. I've even tried reinstalling the .cia file. :/

Hi,
as far as i understand, all pokemons captured on Neo X are not legit, because they are not captured to a place they are supposed to be.
And some does have stats slightly adjusted (i have the full version 1.33).

For those that aren't captured at the good place, i saw that if i do an egg of it, this one would be legit, so that sounds good to me.
But i am wondering if there was a list of the poakmons who does have adjusted stats ?
Would that work that for such pokemon, i create an egg of it, send it to the pokemon bank, get it in a legit version of X or Y, and make it hatch.
Would it be legit ?

Stats and typings will reset to default if you transfer them in an original game. Hatching eggs will indeed allow you to have legit pokemons, but only if you make sure your baby doesn't inherit any move that it isn't supposed to learn in the real games (light of ruin on chicorita for example).

If i catch them in Neo X, i can't get eggs from them.
And even if i transfer them on legit version (i have bought both Y and Omega Ruby), the pokemon would still be marked as captured on a road where it isn't supposed to be.
What solution do i have for those legendary pokemons ?

Mewtwo is still in his cave, so unless it's level has been changed (I don't remember) it'll be legit.
Unfortunately there is no way to get legit versions of legendaries that appear on the roads in NeoXY, just find someone willing to trade them or use pkhex

Just tried to serach for them, but they aren't. Checked the GARC and couldn't find them either, so my guess is they have been forgotten and should still be found in the friends safaris like in the original games.

Definiyely, yes. Even with it, gym leaders, rival &other bosses will be really tricky to fight

You can play lite version in any language because no text file is involved (dialogs from the full version only overwrite on EN language unless you build it yourself).

Without exp share, expect a huge amount of farming in the beginning of the game, mostly. You'll die a lot through the whole game but the beginning will be the most difficult part.

Yes, there is a .PDF that describes evolutions method like that that were changed inside the documentatiin section if OP's archive.

EDIT: Sorry I didn't read all your question. Lite version doesn't come with those evolution changes, you'll need to build the rkmhack yourself if you want to add it.
