ROM Hack Pokemon Naranja

Sorry if this is the wrong thread. I'm playing Pokemon Naranja version w/ my Acekard 2i and the EZV 3 in 1. However, it requires that I enter a gameshark code to play. Is there any program I can use to permanetely write the code? I used something similar to that on a DS rom that permanently wrote an Action Replay code to it.
