Ok make your rom name something like pmdeos.nds and then in the command prompt, type pmdeos.nds WITH THE EXTENSION and it should work, Ive had no problems on my end.

I did it, but the problem is that when the patcher opens the README.txt it finish inmediatly after y push the buttom to continue!

hey i have a question, i downloaded the 3.1 V and i putted the untrimmed(128mb) rom, but then it says:
Applying Patch...

'xdelta.exe.' is not reconized as an internal or external command,
oberable program or batch file

how can i fix this? i dont know what extension is sorry new to this type of patching

Looks like you want to play Pokemon Mystery Dungeon EP Sky very badly. I will give you detailed instructions on how to patch.
1. Download j_text.str and extract it to any folder.
2. Download Nitro Explorer and extract to the same folder (preferably)
3. Open NiroExplorer and Click on "Load ROM"
4. Browse to the place where you have Pokemon Mystery Dungeon EP Sky (trimmed or untrimmed, both roms will work)
5. On the left side you will see lots of folders. Select "Message" folder.
6. Now there should be a file j_text.str .
7. Click on it and at the top, next to the buttons "load ROM" ,etc. the should be a button "Reinsert".
8. Click on it and browse to the j_text.str and select it.
9. Close Nitro Explorer and Start the game.
10. Enjoy!

One question, I want to play the story of Guild Master Wigglytuff when it's still an Igglybuff. What was the version of the patch in which that episode was translated?

) and I'm wondering if I may help with your project, but I warn you you have to learn me something (How to get in the ROM, I'm fasaniting for that

), please...

But anyway I like the path and for everyone that is planning to do this take a look of my 'step'-plan:
1) Download the path for the unpatched game
2) Download the Japanese version of the game (You know the name I think) at Google
3) Rename the games name to: pmdeos.nds (DONT FORGET THE .NDS)
4) Drag it in the applypatch.bat file (or somothing like that)
5) Wait a few seconds and then the patched file pops up (That's the file...)

I know you guys are trying to help but you guys should ask Grovy if you can do it. Just know that releasing stuff like that makes him confused and he might not like it.
