it`s the same like Pokemon Explorers of dakness and the other one,Gameplay is the same and story ,too.
there are some new items,pokemons,dungeons? and a little bit story

Which emulator? no$GBA?

If so, make sure that the NDS save type is set to FLASH 512K

lots of things are differnet:-
extended story line
new items
new dungeons
special episodes
new starters
more annoying pokemon and so on

not completely new storyline follows the previous ones. new starters are rioulu,vulpix,shinx and some more i dont know
