While playing this game it annoyed me that I couldn't understand the Japanese language. Writing down every item to search for it on the internet... (well, every item I didn't know what it was)
That's why I've started my own translation of it, based on Explorers of Time & Darkness. But, this translation not finished yet. If you want to help, please scroll down to the "Helping with translations" section.

When patching fails, make sure you don't forget to add the extension if you type in the filename and that the files are in the same folder otherwise patching fails too. When it still fails, rename the rom so that it contains alphanumeric characters only, then try it again, it should work now.

When starting the game and selecting a partner, no default nickname shows up and I need to nickname it myself (this also occours with other Pokémon).
The game wants to copy and show the original name, but since it don't normally recognise this font for typing, the nickname is empty and you need to provide a name yourself. But with Pokémon that want to join you, you'll be asked if you want to nickname it, if you don't, the Pokémon will have NO name. So if you're smart you nickname it <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />

At this moment there are no translations needed. However, in the dungeons section, the dungeons with id 141-145, 189 and 190 need some improvements.

You know to make this translation go faster you could get the list of items post them on something taht people can edit so they can help you by searching those items. But so far nice work.

Yeah, it's just the menu, items, Pokémonnames, moves and some other things that were in T&D too. I don't wanna translate the SpecialEpisodes or something.
Right now I think I'm almost done with the items, but there are some new items (around 100 or so) which I don't know how to translate, I'll post them when I come home again from school.

What is the rom's name? First open the patcher, tipe the name of the rom and it will appear. Yours rom's name must be pmdeos.

I hope I can finish the Pokémon names and moves tomorrow, that'll be v0.3 then =) but I can't guarantee this as there are many moves.

Ok, no problem [IMG] I've tested the new version, is so good, the places are translated (is easier to go now) and the menu is better than before (some options are in japanese, but isn't useful now). Good luck [IMG]

Possdata: Can you add another requeriment in the readme? The name must be 'pmdeos', it could be a problem for a person who doesn't know this and have the rom with another name.

Umm idk why but when I apply the patch to a clean rom (yes I got the proper patch v.02, not the one for an already patched rom) but when it patched the first time it trimmed it to 35.4MB and I put it on my R4 and it didn't work, it froze after the Nintendo Logo. This also happened on the YSMenu for R4 and NO$GBA Emulators. I patched the clean rom again and it came out as 34MB but did the same :?

If anyone else is having this problem please tell and if they fixed it, also tell thanks.
(No stupid suggestions from R4 user haters saying to buy a better card or some BS like that...)
