Gaming Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky Sound Issues

I've been playing PMD: EoS lately and I seem to be having sound issues with the game. When I save the sound will lag, but sometimes when I save and the sound lags, the sound actually kinda freezes in a way. If you've ever had a game freeze on you, it's the same thing, except the game runs fine, it's the sound that doesn't. I'm running an R4 with YSMenu and it's been doing this for a while. Could it just be a bad dump?

are you using cheats? it happens to me a few times.

Yup, it's due to the cheats. I noticed this problem like a month ago or so. I had cheats on whenever I save. Whether it's pressing the buttons and having cheats on while you save or just having cheats on will freeze the sound when you save.

I turned off the cheats though and it's still doing it, could it be due to me using cheats in the first place?

Yes, it COULD BE due to you using the cheats in the first place. The cheats may have an effect on it.
