ROM Hack Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu AND Eevee complete saves?

Just wondering if anyone has these? Found out there's people at the train station in SwSh that will give you something if you have saves from those, but I seem to have deleted mine.

EDIT: Nevermind, I just found out you need to connect online to do it, and my Switch is banned, so I guess I'm SoL.

Maybe I'll use PKHex instead....

I know for certain you don't need to go online. I was able to get the pikachu offline, and my switch NEVER goes online.

you only need to go online to transfer mew from pokeball plus to shield or sword
