Pokemon Legends Arceus - All Pokemon/Full Dex Cheat or Save File?

Hey, does anyone know if there's a cheat to have met or caught all Pokemon in the game?
I wanna meet Arceus, it tells me to seek all Pokemon first.

If there's no cheat, does anyone have a save file with all pokemon before meeting Arceus?

Actually, if you use a save file with full dex, there's not much value to play this game. Some pokemon require side quests (usually long ones) to obtain. Skipping this (since PKHex isn't out yet) means you have to skip almost all main quests and 40% of the side quests. And there's not much to do in post-game.
