Um Im reading on hte "other" forum alot of people seem to have the infamous 3rd badge crash with the latest release. Does anyone know it it goes for both v2 Beta and v2 Full or just v2 Full?

Raqib was banned for ban evading (the original poster of this patch) and the mods gave ZackVee permission to post on his behalf, with him updating this thread as soon as updates are completed.

Wrong, I edited most of the spelling and grammar, cleaned up a lot of it to look better, and added things that helped out a bit.

Plus I gave credit where credit was due so GTFO!

weird... I caught a Larvitar in the Safari ZOne, and his name is in lower caps... "Larvitar", while the other names are "NOCTOWL" for example...

Make sure you use this on the Japenese version.

Try looking in the root directory of where you patched it. For example: the folder that contains the folder "patchonly".

When I patched the first time it took it there for some reason, just check and see if it's there.

Hi, is it normal that the new patched rom is smaller than the original? I'm using the 2.0 Full version of the patch; the original rom is 131.072MB and the new patched one is 124.668MB.

Completely normal. I believe patching it removes some padding and also English dialog is compressed better.

Hey! You're all irritated by the freezing in the US version aren't you?
Well I've found an solution I'm making an Japanese rom which contains all of the OFFICIAL dialogs, menu's, Pokémon names etc, etc...!

Rykin came up with the idea to translate the JP rom with the official USA version's language files, and I thought: "Well that can't be to hard, I'm trying it!" Well people, the answer is here!

No$GBA 2.6: Works, but freezes in-game so save a lot!
R4 SDHC: Works! There is 1 report freezing after 3 hours (with YSmenu)
R4i-Gold v.1.31b: Works!
N5: Works!
DSTT unofficial 1.17.12a: Works!
DSTT official: Don't use YSmenu on the DSTT. then it should be fine (EDIT)
R4 (1st edition): Works! (EDIT)
EZ-Flash: Works!
M3-DS Real: Works with, and without M3 Sukra!
YSmenu (Latest version): Works!
TTDSmenu: There are some reports it works, and also some that it doen't work
