You can catch it in that cave I think.
Or else you can catch it in that small pond of water under Blackthorn city.
You know they have all those ledges there, you should take the right one all the time and then you'll come across a small pond of water, surrounded with land.
I'm pretty sure there are Dratini there.

Okay my team sucks I need help:
Latios
Lugia
Typhlosion
Sceptile
Gyrados
Dragonite

All Lv 100

What do I do to fix this shit?
This team is bullshit...
One Ice type move is enough to take out 3 of your team (Latios, Sceptile and Dragonite) and if that Pokemon knows a Water type move too then make it 4 (Typhlosion). 1 Electric type move is enough to sweep the shit outta your Lugia and Gyarados...

Replace Latios with Mewtwo, it has crazy stats, it has an awesome Sp. Atk. Kick Lugia out and use Zapdos instead. Replace Sceptile with Scizor, and thereuhavvit, the team that I use. If you don't want your Dragon type to have an Ice type weakness use Kingdra instead of Dragonite. If you want Electric resistance replace Gyarados with Swampert.

Your final team
QUOTEMewtwo
Zapdos
Typhlosion
Scizor
Gyarados/Swampert
Dragonite/Kingdra
Scizor+Technician Ability+Life Orb+Swords Dance+Bullet Punch=Kickass sweeper.

After you've beaten the elite four go to the elder and he'll give you a dratini.

Here's my team:

Typhlosion
Ampharos
Ho-Oh
Gyrados
Mewtwo
Groudon

Any Tips?

Too many Fire types lol.
Replace the Fire type that you like least with a Dragon type, since Dragons are effing strong. Maybe replace Ho-Oh with Dragonite/Salamence? Then you can replace Groudon with Tyranitar, Tyranitar is an insane powerhouse lol. If you use Ampharos for physical moves use Electivire instead, since Electivire does better at the job (Amphy's really slow). If you're using Ampharos for special moves then replace it with Zapdos.

Dude, you have a lot of mixed sweepers. :wtf:
Dragonite is cool as a physical sweeper, since it knows only physical moves, it must have a high attack stat. Umbreon is your special sweeper, so it should have a high sp. atk. Replace Confuse Ray with Wish. For Gyarados, take advantage of its high attack. Remove Whirlpool and Surf (useless since they're special moves, and from what I know Gyarados does better at physical sweeping) and replace them with Earthquake and Dragon Dance (Dragon Dance up, then go kick some ass). Sceptile is a mixed sweeper from what I can gather. But take advantage of its nature, what nature is your Sceptile? The type of sweeper it becomes depends on it. Your Typhlosion is good, since it has the arms for physical attacks and also has a high sp. atk stat, so no problems there. Your Lugia is a special sweeper, I suppose, since most of its powerful moves are special ones. Replace Fly and Earthquake with Ice Beam and Shadow Ball.

I have two questions:

1. Is there a simple way to get shinys w/o using cheats or trading on wi-fi? (I've never found a wild shiny)
2. I've always considered a stat to be good if it's over 300 at level 100, except for HP of course. Is that a good consideration?

And these questions are for all u hardcore pokemon players. I just play it for fun, not competitively, and I only use wi-fi for trading.

gyarados is an easy shiny to get now, by following the storyline in HG/SS
shiny pichu was available in a WFC event
other shinies may be spread through other events

otherwise easiest would probably be the pokeradar, supposedly getting long chains would make it easier to find shinies(don't know if pokeradar exist in HG/SS, but you can use D/P/P for that)

Breeding for certain Natures is such a bitch. I spent at least 5 hours breeding for a Naive Gastly. I got an Adamat Scyther, but I wanted Technician, not Swarm

At least I got a Naive Bagon on my first try.

Hi,
Sorry if I sound like a lazy ass, but I have a question.
Do you know the pokemondb?
How does it work to transfer the data to the cartridge?
Is it compatible with ony D/P/P or also with HG/SS?
Sorry, that were two questions. My bad.

The PKMDB consists of hundreds of PKM files which can loaded into PokeSav for any Pokemon game. In order get these PKM files onto a retail cartridge you can do one of many things:

Import it into PokeSav and use the "Export as ARDS" function
Import it into an SAV file and trade via flashcard
Send it over WiFi using a cool little hack found: here

My personal favorite method of getting PKM files onto retail carts would be to load & edit them using PokeSav first then save it as a PKM file and send it over WiFi.
