so I wanted Pokemon green with the English translation patch so I decrypted the cia and patched the rom in it with the English translation ips patch then rebuilt it and when I booted the game it was all glitched up. So I replaced the Pokemon green rom with one i downloaded and patched and it worked, however, the link feature was not coming up when i talk to the lady.
