After the feld testing in Japan, Australia and New Zealand, it was clearly just some time before the United States gets their chance.

Just a while ago, Niantic Labs posted on their blog that registration has started for the field testing in the US. Do note that having registered doesn't automatically guarantee you an invite in the field testing. Niantic Labs will be choosing select participants that will help report bugs and give user feedback.

Field tests for other countries should arrive at a later date.

Niantic is pretty good at tracking down images of Pokemon GO so if anyone uploads an image of Pokemon GO field test, remove all watermarks of Niantic Labs and make sure none of your personal information that may be traced back to you is shown

Uploading the video would result in a ban if traced to the uploader. Uploading the apk on the other hand, could result in a ban to he dumper and everyone else that installed it. I think the ones that have field tested Pkmn go know this.
