Niantic Labs on twitter recently announced that the Field Test will be coming to Australia/NZ later this month. To be in the Field Test you will need to sign up HERE and selected people will be able to use the Field Test. Will you be able to do this Field Test?
Here is some information from the site to keep in mind.

Compatibility:
Android: Version 4.3 and above is required. We currently do not support Intel Atom-based Android devices.

iPhone: iPhone 5 with iOS 8 and above is required.

Playability is not guaranteed on all devices.

Other Info:
Field testers will receive no premiums or monetary rewards, nor will they be reimbursed for any data usage. Please consider the actual improvement of game as the reward for participating the program.

Test player accounts and game data will not be transferred to the release version. Game progression and data will be wiped multiple times during the course of the field test. Due to the nature of this field test, game data can be erased inadvertently at any time.

Field testers will be selected based on a variety of factors which may include OS-types, experience in real world games and an element of luck. Selected participants will receive an email with detailed instructions and requirements.

You can only sign up with a GMail account.

For Pakistan? Will Pokemon Go work in Pakistan?
Nope, only for Australia/New Zealand. This is just a field test for now bud. This ain't final. There are some broken things here and there. Even if you were to get the APK on your phone, it likely won't work and you'll probably get banned from Pokemon GO. Just wait for the finalized global release. The field test is not for people who want to play the game, it's for people who want to contribute to Pokemon GO's development.

it's because Australia has a smaller population than other continents, it makes testing the market easier to track without getting overwhelmed.

It seems there's responsibility involved in this beta.
They're expecting testers to regularly go outside, play this, and provide useful feedback.
I'm looking forward to Pokemon Go but I don't want the obligation to use it.
