I was wondering if there was a way to convert .gpk to .pkm files. From what I've been searching is that it's nearly impossible, or just hard work.

I'd really love to play Emerald on my PSP, and then transfer the Pokemon to a Gen IV save file so that I can use a custom DNS to send to my physical copy of Pokemon White 2.

So my question is, how would I use Pal Park to transfer the Pokemon using a DS Emulator on a PC?
I'll be using a PSP to play an Emerald ROM, and I only need to use a DS emulator just for the purpose of converting the .gpk files.

DeSmuMe has that. You load the Gen IV rom and the Gen III save file in the right menu and it does it for you.

Does anyone know if hacked GBA ROMS are still able to be transferred over to Pal Park?
