ROM Hack Pokemon Extrem Eternal

Thank you China. Here is Pokémon extreme eternal. I found this in a shop in shanghai a while back, and I thought I'd share it. A weird mixture of emerald and Black/White. It is a tile hack of emerald I believe. As you can see below, it runs on emulators.

Update: thanks to WigWrm this is now an ips patch instead of a rom (to use, you need a jpn emerald ROM)

Sorry, the correct title of this thread should be Pokémon Extreme Eternal not extreme

Well, may I ask then how to extract patches from ROMs?

Took the JPN rom of emerald, removed the padded 0's of the hacked rom and then used lunar ips to make the patch. Seems like it worked. Someone else try it out. You need jpn emerald rom.
