No because that will never happen in code form lol use pknx program to randomize your romfs encounter table.

I tried it on BD but it didn't work, and I just updated to 1.1.1 but no more IV code or what does the Right and Left mean for the one 6IV code there is? Thank you!

Edit: Never mind, figured it out. Now it's a trigger to turn on and off it seems. As for the poffins, is there a trigger to activate?

The 6 iv code left and right is the new perfect iv code Just turn it on and press right and every pokemon will be 6 iv
Or press left again to turn it off.

As for the poffins make sure you have the poffin case just turn the code on and then back off again. It works.

Is it possible to have a code for every Pokemon to listen without all badges no matter what lvl? I though as long as you catch them the lvl did not matter a more in theses newer games but mine don't listen and I caught them

There is an encounter master code you need to turn that on then you turn on one pokemon spawn encounter modifier at a time

Make a copy of your save and in pkhex do:
Pkhex Edit: FOUND! Go to "SAV" tab > Block data > Contest > Game: set 49 for Pearl or 48 for Diamond - @EmanueleBGN

Thank you very much for the answer, I've done all you said me, I opened saveData.bin with Pkhex and I changed from 48 to 49 the save file (of Brilliant Diamond) and I paste in Pearl save folder, but now when I start there is the title "Pokemon Shining Pearl" but on the mountain crown when I must defeat all the team Galactic with the boss Cirus there is Dialga and not Palkia, I've tried to insert in Pearl Save folder with backup (of Diamond) and saveData.bin (modified) and only saveData.bin but it's the same, can you help me ?

Most if not all Hold/Push button codes won't work on emulator, you need to make them to On/Off codes.
And yes, that's how the code works. Right after it was released for the first time, it was mentioned, no events will trigger.
