I did it the hard way, turns out it was easier than I thought because I wasn't missing too many.
Also sorry about the double post, I was having log in issues.
New question though, is there a code to get the member card? I missed the event and Darkrai doesn't show up if I walk there
Solve the problem I ended up using PKhex to give me the item and trigger the event, worked really well.

A wild code has appeared!

This cheat allows you to spawn any pokemon in BDSP via the Poketch Calculator.
Steps are as follows:
1. Enable the "Encounter On" code and this "Poketch Spawn" code.
2. Enter the national dex ID of the pokemon you want to spawn, into the calculator. For example, 151 for Mew.
3. Press the "=" button on the calculator.
4. Press ZR on your switch. (ZR is the big trigger on the right joycon)
5. Walk into grass and encounter your chosen pokemon.

This code will also work with the encounter modifying codes, such as the gender modifier, level modifier etc.

Massive shout out to @patjenova who not only made the pokedex spawn cheat, a few versions ago, but was also kind enough to explain how his code worked, allowing me to learn more about the switch's cheat functions. Very much appreciated :grog:
Another shout out also goes to the cheat code makers for the Pokemon DPPt games back in the AR cheat days, without which I wouldn't be making cheats.

BD||SP v1.3.0
Code:
[Poketch Spawn BD (ZR after =)]
80000200
04000000 02C3A938 00000000
580A0000 04C5EEB8
580A1000 000000B8
580A1000 00000000
580A1000 000000D0
580A1000 00000010
580A1000 00000028
580A1000 00000078
A4A00400 02C3A93C
20000000

[Poketch Spawn SP (ZR after =)]
80000200
04000000 01AFD528 00000000
580A0000 04C574B8
580A1000 00000280
580A1000 00000318
580A1000 00000020
580A1000 00000048
580A1000 00000078
A4A00400 01AFD52C
20000000

As always if you have ideas for cheats, problems with existing codes, or (proper) questions, I'm still here keeping an eye on the thread.

Thanks for this cheat! I can't seem to get it to work. I have SP v1.3.0 running on Atmosphere/Edizon.

My exact steps:
- Booted up the game
- Loaded my save file
- Went into Edizon overlay
- Enabled Encounter ON, and then this code (Poketch Spawn SP)
- Opened the Poketch app using R, and used right thumbstick to switch to calculator
- Entered 113 for Chansey, and moved pointer to the equal sign and pressed A (all of this is using the manual cursor instead of touchscreen)
- Closed Poketch, and pressed ZR, and walked into grass
- I encountered a Charmander instead (on repeated attempts, I sometimes get a Venonat with a Pikachu model, which seems like it was simply not coded into the game)

I should note that I haven't unlocked the national dex in my save file, not sure if that affects the behavior.

I'm wondering if I should try it with the touch screen instead if that will change things?
EDIT: Using only the touch screen produces the same result.

You need to press ZR before closing the poketch.
I'd also recommend spamming the equals button a few times.

Thanks for the advice. I tried both of those, I spam the equal button a bunch of times, move the cursor off the equal sign and press ZR, then R to close the poketch app and run around. It still doesn't seem to be working, and sometimes an encounter just leads me to a blank screen without anything loading (softlock)

I'll do some more testing when I get home, see if I can get a better pointer.

@ferdaber Here's an updated poketch code. It'll be more reliable now. As always though, save before using it.
Instructions are still the same.

SP v1.3.0
Code:
[Poketch Spawn SP (ZR after =)]
04000000 01AFD528 00000000
580A0000 04C5EEB8

oh……blank screen
Just saying blank screen is no help.
If you look about 4 posts up and see how that person described what was happening and provided useful info, try that.

As is, I've never encountered a "blank screen" while using the cheat.

Okay, finally had the time to test out the new code. I followed my same steps as the first report:
- Loaded the game
- Enabled encounter ON, and the poketch encounter code
- Opened Poketch, paged to the calculator, and expanded it by using R
- Entered 39 for Jigglypuff, and spammed the equals button a bunch of times, and moved the cursor off and pressed ZR
- Minimized Poketch and ran around in grass until an encounter triggers
- The encounter triggers but it never loads, it softlocks at that point

You're on shining pearl v1.3.0?
Also, are you using any mods?

Really appreciating the work that has gone into this. I've got a bunch of the cheats working, but I am struggling to understand how the Shiny cheat works. I hold the L button down while I encounter a pokemon, but it doesn't wind up being shiny. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks again!

Are you doing this in the underground or on the surface?
Also what game type and version are you using?
