Idk if this is known but I couldn't find anything about it so I'll make a post.
This is how to set the level of the wild encounter. I could only find lvl 1,50,100 on the forums.
This is for BD v1.2.0

How to get ### value:
To get the offset you use the formula, y = 32x-32, then add 1384120377 and convert to hex.

Example, if I wanted to catch pokemon lvl 23 I would use x = 23, solve for y and convert and add.
y=32(23)-32 = 704, 704 + 1384120377 = 1384121081 (and convert to hex) => 0x528002f9

So the cheat looks like this

There's no error in the picture.

The invalid instruction can essentially be ignored.
If you want to fix it, just remove the sections that look like this.

If you're asking where those sections are to remove, they're in the cheat file.
But as I said, they can be ignored. They don't cause any problems, they just throw that invalid cheat format, because they are invalid, as they're not cheats.

I just need you to actually explain the issue you're having, as the picture you provided tells me nothing. It's not showing any problems.

so, i got the current version of the game aka 1.2 with it's cheats (the ones I want) and it crashes everytime and that part of the emulator console says that everytime, but when I remove the cheats from the mod folder it works

You can solve this by removing all the cheats and adding them back 1 at a time, until you find the one causing the crash.
However, my guess is that it's the 500x poke balls code, as this has happened before.

Now it crashed when turning off all of the cheats great

You probably have a hex address in the wrong place. Usually it's 2 - 3 per line. For the item hacks I had to combine the last two lines for it to run.

Well figure out what cheat is crashing your game. If it's one where you have a line of hex by itself try and remove the white space till its like the rest of the lines. Also the way I do it is to keep the file with all the cheats in the folder above the cheats folder and only copy the cheats I'm using into my cheat txt. Because even if they are disabled they can crash/hang the emulator.
