i seem unable to get the 60fps code to work in ryujinx, like it runs 60 fps without vsync on but thats what i ran at in the first place without cheat codes. is it suposed to work at 60 with vsync on?

edit: path is C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Ryujinx\mods\contents\010018e011d92000\D9E96FB92878E345.txt

but that causes all kinds of weird frame pacing/skipping issues :s was hoping there would be an actual code for vsynced 60fps, ty though (and yeah i did the nvidia control panel thing with 60hz/fps)

The version of the savefile can be changed from BD to SP in PKhex by going into block data and changing the value for 'Game' from 48 to 49. Without doing this the game plays as BD even in a shining pearl rom.

you sure correct folders?
the structure look like this
\AppData\Roaming\yuzu\load\0100000011D90000\cheat folder name\cheats\D9E96FB92878E345.txt

Cheat Folder name= name thefolder with intended cheat name example [100% catch rate]
D9E96FB92878E345.txt = put the cheat codes in this text file .

one cheat code per one cheat folder.if you do it right. it should look likte this

if you go around in this thread you'll see that many codes arent working in yuzu or ryujinx cause they're made to work with console. No one of those you listed work.. For codes that requires any button press you can't use the Pro Controller emulator preset.

For any item code, no one works on Yuzu.
For pokedollars, maybe it can work but you'll need buy/sell something to the value update
For shiny, as i said earlier, look for a code that dont need any button pressed and youll be fine.

HAIHUEVENT_ID_D18 = 1 (Shaymin) HAIHUEVENT_ID_D30 = 1 (Darkrai)

You need to have Oak's Letter for Shaymin, Members Card for Darkrai. You also need to have nat dex (unsure about this condition since I have it, but highly likely) and completed the Cresselia event.
