Gaming Pokemon Black, cant progress past driftveil city (TWLMenu++)

I am using the newest twilight menu version and after I fight Bianca in Driftveil city my screen just turns black.
Things like this happened often but after I quitted the game and did the battle again I could progress, but in this case I cant (retried the battle like 10 times)
My rom is ap patched btw.
Can anyone help.

Im using a nintendo dsi.

Well what i can bring up to you are a few advices.

-The game may still have some ap protection on it.
-Maybe you are using a bad patched rom.
-You may try to gp through this part by playing on emulator save it and put back in your ds.
Peharps this may solve this specific black screen problem and with luck you can continue your gameplay normally on dsi.
