This doesn't deserve a perfect score and no game deserve a perfect score. Not from Famitsu, not from anywhere. No games are perfect and giving a perfect score to any game is just wrong.

besides this is the first game in Pokemon history that has gotten a 40/40
It even beat the old Red and Blue on the original GB score
it must be a dramatic change in the game so don't doubt it yet until you
at lease try it and please quit saying that its doesn't deserve a 40/40 until you try game out

The mechanics of the game probably deserve the score, but, ignoring the fact that I'm a great Pokemon fan, the new Pokemons are kind of really weird and uncreative that I don't really like them at all( maybe some that could be reasonable). Still, Pokemon is Pokemon and like the great series out there like final fantasy, kingdom hearts, call of duty, golden sun, god of war, etc there will be people that like then and some don't. That's how it is.
