I have same problem but my game freeze after than i return from wi-fi gift and configuration option on the main screen...
Lets try install latest Firmware and use clean ROM without EXP and other Patches...
I think it may help...

I'm betting because Kaarosu didn't want to make more patches than needed, because before he had to make 16 different patches. This just cuts down the stress of making loads of patches.

I do in the 4th post in my sig, just grab the files you need lol
Also, Spenstar. I figured out how to run Black/White and HG/SS without changing the firmware around.
For anyone who wants to know how, the 4th link in my signature is the link to it.
Have a .zip will all the files already set up for use. Just gotta copy them to the root and add in your games (back up,etc)

Okay. First off xDelta doesn't make a new file (and no i didn't spell xDelta wrong spellcheck)
When i try to drag and drop the patch it says "Source code of file could not be found" or something similar the NAME of my pokemon black file is b-pokemonb.nds Just in case that helps.

First of all, did you go to options and change it? I mean change it from Kanji (I think) to "english". Second, did you take the .nds or .bak when you patched it?

I used the .nds, patched it with xDelta, put it on my R4i, and the logo was in JAP. i went to the language and i got jap symbols, no english whatsoever. im gonna start completely over with clean rom. the rom i used was already patched for a while with rudolph's
