Perhaps "Story" means talking to Team Plasma (Is that what they're called?) and other trainers that you meet with at the start.

Can anyone give me some help to patch V4 for a Mac?

I have just use pre-patched versions before and I can't for the life of me figure out how to patch on my stupid Mac. I know in the first post it gives info for Mac users but that doesnt work for me. I download the program and I can't patch as the patch file isn't supported?

Nope, it's not needed anymore

what do i need to english patch the rom except for the rom and the patch?
And Do i need to patch the rom with rudophs patch before patching the rom with te english patch?

The story is supposed to be completed. Not just the beginning of it.

I was playing pokemon black with V4, and alot of my story was in Japanese. First gym leader was Japanese, Team Plasma event after that is in Japanese.
I don't know if those count as part of the "story", but I would assume so? lol.
No that I'm complaining, just saying.

Actually, I believe that what the part in the change log that says "(vgboy) Complete Story...Thanks" is the entire game text was translated by vgboy, found here, and that the translation team is using it.

The team is working hard at the moment to insert the text that was translated by vgboy.
