ROM Hack Pokemon Black and White English Translation

We got any info on this no-grass issue in White Forest?

It's absolutely driving me insane.

I think your problem with the grass is only unique to you, because no one else nor I have had or seen that problem. It could either be your ROM, your flashcard, or the way you patched that is causing the problem.

A few have claimed the issue on an official game cartridge.
So I doubt it is my ROM.

Spenstar, if you could, would you mind sending me a copy of your .sav to see if your file will load the patches on my ROM?

Hi I'm new on this forum,

I've followed the instructions and patched my rom accordingly, however when I load the game on my ttds it gives me a box stating "errcode 5." I lack knowledge of any kind of flashcart. I've searched the forum, and there are a few posts recommending ysmenu. I'm confused could someone help me

May someone please answer my question

So i googled what you just mentioned and someone posted this on some thread i found.

"You have to use High Link and visit Black City/White Forest in another game. IIRC you unlock more features for yours by
running into Pokemon in the White Forest or fighting trainers in Black City in the game you're visiting."

I don't really get it, but the thread was locked after that last post lol. So maybe it might have been solved? Maybe not.
Sounds like to me you'll only find those patches after a certain sequence of events.
But i wouldn't know much about that :/ i'm just trying to help.

No. The "HIgh Link" is to enhance the forest. In other words, you'll be able to catch the pokemon's evo forms, and the trainers will be more powerful after high link.


And Spenstar, that would be cool if you could PM me your .sva and I'll PM you mine back and tell me if the forest pops up for you.

Can anyone using an AceKard (preferrably RPG) post a save file for Black? Also, what ROM settings should I use? Right now I got save type unknown/auto, save slot default, bypass antipiracy on, and everything else off.

Huge Update! I have just found out that a fan has out of the blue released the entire pokemon story translation to the translation team! The translation didn't include the line breaks and formatting for the game so the team has to insert the text manually. But with this awesome piece of information, we should see a complete story translation in the very near future!

Good god. That's epic. Massive props to the person who did that! Nintendo of America is gonna be so pissed to find out they the game they are trying to release soon is already out and in english hahaha.
