Hey Spenstar how about post a link to error-5 to my post from TTDS or some other posts? I see a lot of people whining about error-5 and they don't even try to look for it...

so yea im not all artsy fartsy about r4's specially the crappy one i have..
So The YSmenu i infact need?
there a link to a guide to install it?
i might have came across some but haven't .. really read it thoroughly just because of the fact i am getting a lil frustrated the last update for my r4 was a dud.. they chose toy story 3 over pokemon white and black.. woohoo r4 update.. :/
If you can help me out i would greatly appreciate it

So are you using an original R4? Or a clone one? And what firmware are you using at the moment?

*Sigh* Well I guess if you new to this then if you have an R4 clone that's TTDS or a TTDS then I can help you with that, like error-5 that happen with pokemon. But if you are using R4 genuine, then I can't

First, are you using this xDelta? Try 'Option 1' first.

Second, make sure you are using a CLEAN unmodified ROM.

Third, make sure the ROM, patch, and the xDelta files are all the the same folder.

Give those a try first.

Since i tried using Wood 1.13 my r4 is definitely a clone Cause wood 1.13 didn't work
i get my updates from the r4i-sdhc
quite frankly i made a bad decision buying a flash cart..
Using firmware 1.26b

What do you mean when you said you can't find the folder for it?

It's because we don't give out ROM's on this site, its against the rules.

I'm guessing Google will be your friend for the problem you have.

I think he was saying that he couldn't find his patched rom after the xdelta patched it... i had the same problem too, try to find it in your hard drive

Alright, then I guess searching '_patched' on your computer will be your best bet.

That is correct. The translation is being mainly focused on menus/items etc.
