occasionally mid game my Pokemon Black 2 and Black 1 randomly freeze mid game, is there a solution for this problem ? My card is an R4i 3DS rts

Hate bumping but can someone please give me a solution, i cant save because when it happens the whole game stops working
Just do as I say:
Go to the website on the cart and click the R4i Donwload on the header on top.
After that page loads, look for the 3DS logo, click on the one saying English below it.
Download it.
Optional but for better compatibility, format your microSD using SDFormatter v4 which can be found here.
Apply these settings on SDFormatter:
Format type: full (overwrite)
Format size adjustment: on
After formatting, extract the contents of the file you downloaded to the root of your SD card.
Get new copies of the roms, preferrably from a different site.
Go to the website on the cart and click the R4i Donwload on the header on top.
