If you’re a Pokémon Black Version or Pokémon White Version player and fancy giving your C-Gear a whole new appeal, listen up: over late 2011 and early 2012, three special C-Gear skins will be available via the Pokémon Global Link website, absolutely free. Each one of the skins will be available for a limited time only, so make sure you grab them while you can!
Each C-Gear skin has its own unique password; once you have that all you need to do is log in to the Pokémon Global Link website* and use the password in the promotions page. This will unlock the skin for you to apply in-game whenever you fancy.

The Blastoise C-Skin is available between November 10th 2011 and March 22nd 2012 with the following password: EUPGL112011
The Charizard C-Skin is available between October 13th 2011 and February 16th 2012 with the following password: EUPGL102011
The Venusaur C-Skin is available between September 8th 2011 and January 19th 2012 with the following password: EUPGL092011

Enjoy peeps

You forgot to mention those C-Gear skins are not available to players who are registered on the North American Global Link.
(They may be available in the future, though.)

Fortunately, it is possible to access the European Global Link using a North American Game. Quite easy, in fact.
Unfortunately, you would have to start a new save file to do that.
All you have to do is create your Global Link account. When it asks you which country you live in, you say United Kingdom.

I did this and was able to access Mamoswine and the three C-Gear skins.
