For me there's no speed problem,but the Desmume needs so much power that my pc shuts down(my CPU jumps from 2% to 70+%!Not that I have a bad or old pc mind you),until that point my speed is actually quite good.
The best solution would be to buy a DCDS2 as it is much much cheaper than to upgrade your computer(lol upgrade just to play some ds emulator) and even cheaper than the original game.

What does the first error pic say?I know we are past that error,but I think it had something to do with wifi.

good for you but your method is very slow for me,so i'm waiting the save option to play full speed with no$gba

Lol so then what? I really doubt its a problem with the sav file size. I already tested that theory. Plus its the same format as every sav file thats been run through NO$GBA.

This thread is dedicated to find a NO$GBA FIX. We all know that the rom works good with desmume.
So please stop mention it.
It´s so difficult??? Otherwise... maybe we can start reporting offtopic posts... who knows....

anyway... that "save failed" doesn’t bring us any help. I start thinking that this problem would be easy to fix changing a few things in the emulator... but since Martin is gone forever... we are fuck.

Is it at all possible to extract the source code from the emulator itself?

Nevermind, prob not cuz im sure someone would have done it by now if it was possible.

this? I tried looking up an instruction at 52006f2c but it was all blank, so there's definitely something I'm missing here.

Also, under non-debugger no$gba I get as far as pressing Start on the "Press Start" screen before the graphics glitch up and the game goes into an infinite loop.

Goto 0x02006fc2, change it to 00000000, then goto 0x2180bac and change it to 0x46c0. (which is a NOP)

I loaded the ROM in the debugger, and I can change 0x02006fc2, but when I get to 0x2180bac the area is completely blank. Only after I run it does 0x2180bac change, but by then it's too late - it's already hit the error screen. I can't reset the ROM without resetting my changes.

I'm only guessing here, but are the instructions being loaded to 0x2180bac by some code later on? If so, is there a line I can set a breakpoint after that code has loaded, but before the error screen appears?

People the save patch will be out when it is out. Right now you have two options: either play slowly on desmume with your eng patch or wait patiently without posting is it done yet. Mastermind is great and if he hasnt figured it out yet then that means its a tough prob. If i was mastermind these type of comments would make me wanna not continue workin hard to make a save patch. We should be really grateful that he is taking time out of his life to do this, now lets show it. If youve got anything meaningful to post then post, if not stay the hell off the boards.
