Hacking Pokemon Art Academy in the US?

Is there a way to get this app in the USA on a USA 3ds, I have a gateway if that helps. I heard gateway allowed these kind of games to run, but I don't know how or where to get the rom if thats the case.
I am however willing to pay for this, but its not out in US yet, if there is a proxy trick or something one can do I would be open to doing that

Go there if you want to check rom releases. Search for a keyword you want and find the specific game and then look at the "releasename" column. All the help I can give ya since linking roms is not allowed.

Thanks for the help, sadly I'm having diffculty actually locating the relase by searchingfor the relase name through my normal sources

EShop releases have to be specifically converted to a .3DS format. Unfortunately, the two groups who have done this have not publicly released how it is done. Therefore, eShop released games aren't as plentiful as many would like them to be.

With that being said, they also have released a cart based version of Art Academy as well, so it is only a matter of time before somebody dumps it and releases it into the wild.
