So, I decided to watch the newer Pokemon anime stuff, and in the episode I watched, Iris's Axew learns outrage! You learn that move at level 56 in the game! Are the Evo's different for the Anime and The Games? Thanks Tempers!~

The anime pays absolutely no attention to the mechanics of the game whatsoever.

Some people work back and forth, but it's mostly just because the Anime, manga and video games are all completely different people all doing their own thing.

Pikachu has like 10 moves it picks and chooses when convenient. With the possibilities given in the anime, game logic is quite basic.

No one should care considering the anime has a way of being inconsistent numerous times.
Most of the manga stories are also completely different.

who would even watch an anime where your little critters' attacks are turn-based?
Games and anime can't really be that similar because of game limitations set so it can be balanced. The more factors you add to a game, the harder it is to balance.
one thing is that legendary friendship thing that's on a lot of anime.

iirc, there was this small pokemon who can learn fly and carry a person(pidgy, spearow?) but someone that's big enough(scyther?) can't. Q_Q
