Gaming Pokegen and Pokebank

Hey guys quick question:

Can I Pokegen a Pokemon, send it to R4, send that to legit Black 1, and through Pokebank?
or do I have to
Pokegen a Pokemon, send it directly to legit Black 1 (via Powersave?) and through Pokebank?

you can trade from a flash card and it should work fine as long as it doesnt check any legitimacy flags. So like you cant send a mew that you caught in say pallet town to pokebank.

I thought only Black/White 2 worked with Pokebank?
