This works great. I just saved my Quilava as a pkm file, loaded it up in pokesav platinum so I knew what i was doing, and hacked it to get the hidden power I wanted. It works. Also, I got every TM (im a cheater obviously). Only thing I noticed you have to be careful of is your name. You have to set your computer's region to japanese or it will save your name wrong and screw it up

It works, well, not entirely. Since it's still "beta" so you can BARELY do anything. You can edit PKMN and such, I think.

To be able to view the characters/text you need to change your computer's System Locale in the Region and Language Options to Japanese, if not already default or pre-set sometime before.
