ROM Hack Pokémon FireRed Version 2

^ Im no good at inserting sprites but if you still need help with music I can do that for you. I have learned how to insert SSEQ's with their soundbanks into a ROM, so I could insert the HGSS themes into your hack if you want.
Here's an example, this is my mate who taught me how to do it:

As soon as my lazy butt inserts the sprites into a .narc file (I accidentally deleted my previous one, so I need to download the beta and use that to do it over)
I'm not using HG/SS songs though, but if that's what can be inserted, then okay.

is there a way to make your fire red version 2 hack in .nds format just one file?

That would be possible, but its not allowed here on gbatemp, you may read the rules again about what you can do.
