ROM Hack Pocket Monsters White on R4Wood codes not working?

I entered the Master Code in my cheat database and added a few codes. The only
problem is that whenever I try to press X on the R4 Wood Game Menu, nothing
happens. It's like if it was ignoring my cheat database. IT WORKS FINE WITH EVERY
OTHER GAMES. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS WITH BLACK/WHITE. What did I do wrong?

By the way, the Game Settings are the same for all of my games.
