Hacking [Please help] Monster Hunter 3 (Tri) common freezing error on Wiiflow

I've read about this game in particular needs a special CIOS, 249 rev 19 or something, but I cant seem to find it anywhere! My game loads, but when I click on "start game" it freezes completely, but I've read that that CIOS fixes that issue. Tried to run the game on NTSC video, Vipatch, patch country strings, nothing. Please, If you have the perfect fix for me, hit me up! I've given up completely on trying to play it because I've tried a lot of settings and Custom IOS'....
