Yes
The bottom one
That means there's an issue with the connection to the top screen, this can happen over time as the 3DS gets opened and closed many times. If you are able to take the 3DS apart and have a bit of experience messing with electronics, you can try reconnecting the top screen cable to see if that fixes the issue. Be careful with the cables and the connectors, they are easy to break. There's also a possibility that the cables got damaged, if you notice that the cables are ripped or have other visible damage then you will unfortunately have to replace the entire top screen or other parts on the top part of the 3DS, which is a very hard repair.

Ok now I can’t see any faint light on the screen
All I can see a faint light when I press start and power and it’s on both screens
Else I can’t see the light
And when I place the sd card there’s no popping sound just flash the blue light and quickly turn off

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

only the bottom one right?
There is no light
Just when pressing start with the power
The light comes from both screens

It's most likely still the same issue with the top screen, it's possible that the badly connected cable started contacting a bit again which causes different behavior. Some movement of the 3DS or opening/closing it could change the behavior again in this case.
I'm guessing you already have all the correct files on your SD card and nothing changed since you started having this issue, but if this is somehow a software issue, you can try putting the newest Luma boot files on your SD card: https://github.com/LumaTeam/Luma3DS/releases

Does anything else happen when you turn it on by pressing start and power? Does it also shut off after a few seconds or does it stay on until you manually turn it off?

Just followed the steps to open and remove the motherboard and the top screen ribbons
And reconnected every thing back
Now it turned on but the top screen is not turning on

Is the bottom screen working normally and displaying the 3DS home menu?
Yes
And every thing works perfectly and the speakers working even the camera is taking photos but no display on the top screen

Can you see the "faint light" on the top screen? Either one of the cables were reinserted incorrectly or the top screen cable is actually damaged and not able to pass through the video signal.

Yes there’s a faint light on top screen
And I disconnected and reconnected the ribbons again with no luck

There's probably some damage on the ribbon cable further in the hinge, I don't think there's much you can do about that other than replacing the entire screen. Maybe taking the screen out and putting it back in to reroute the cables would help, but that's a risky process that could cause even more damage for nothing.

From personal experience... If you decide to go ahead with the top screen repair, it might be wise to purchase two displays. They are fairly inexpensive, and the cables are very fragile. I work with repairing small electronics and the N3DS was a very challenging repair, the way the ribbon cables feed through the hinge makes them very prone to get nicked, tear completely, or damaged by being bent. Best of luck!

Speaking of PLaystation. I see Evilnat put out a beta for PS3 CFW 4.91.2 on the 22nd.
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
Don't really see the point in updating it tbh
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Yea you right, I thought about updating my PS3 CFW to 4.91, but why really, everything plays fine now. I guess for people that have already updated past 4.9 it would be helpful.
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
Idk if online servers are still active that would be my only thought
    +1
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Thats true, personally I don't play it online at all, in fact, I deleted all wifi details on it once I installed CFW, so it won't connect and auto-update itself
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
I play most games that are on both PS3/360 strickly on the 360, but PS3 exclusives are really only games I play on the PS3 (You know me, I'm more of a Xbox junkie)
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
Ps3 really has no titles worth going online

    what is nps?

@BigOnYa I had 4.89 hfw on super slim that was great, but when I got a new hard disk I forgot where the guide was and could only find a guide for 4.90 and its resources
  • S @ salazarcosplay:
@BigOnYa I think another reason to want to update is if the hfw is at the level of the fw

    you can sync trophies

Yea that's what I sitting on now- 4.9, and it seems fine, have had no issues at all
