Well I tried to replug all ribbons on the 3DS that starts up and then shutdown with the crackle like on youtube, and still exact same problem again.
I also have the L+R triggers fine i think, the same way as my first post, which looks like correct.
Anyway I think 3DS works fine without L+R.

I think i'm screwed and damaged 2 N3DS XL :( What a fucking idiot.

Are you sure your top screen's ribbon cables are in completely? It's very easy to not have them completely in the connector when you flip them down.

I'm pretty sure they are sadly. Check the pictures I attached in previous post, you can see when they are in or not.

did you try putting the battery in with no back on?....idk if its the case with the n3ds, but on the old dsi's putting the battery in the wrong way (easy to do if you have no back on and want to test it boots quickly) it could actually damage the dsi, or at least blow the fuse

yes I did try to do that to gain time.
well i guess its worth a shot, remove the battery board and look if there is a fuse marked F1 near the battery connector, if you have a soldering iron try bridging it (yeah i know not the best route, but for testing its nice and fast).....then make 100% sure you only put the battery in the correct way around, dont try being quick, put the back on to play it safe.........fingers crossed it will work out

Hmm so neither of them work? darn, while I agree the ribbon cables are fragile they hold up pretty well, I've removed and replaced my motherboard probably over 20 or so odd times and if you're careful the cables should have been fine. If they are both doing the same thing then I'd assume the main fuse is fine because their boards are getting power, and then the LCD is attempting to turn on and it shuts off right after, so it sounds, though it doesn't hurt to test out the fuses with a multimeter if you can get your hands on one.

Recently I was working a on N3DS which would only blackscreen with a blue LED, I could get it to boot error and it would instantly shut off, it took me a little bit to redo everything and re-seat all the cable also checking the tension of each connector, specially those LCD power ones, to make sure good contact was being made. After that it all worked fine.

I'd offer to take a look at them for you, if you are interested, as I have a couple working systems here I can test them against.

Thanks for your proposal, sadly I live in Europe, not the US so it's a bit complicated I guess :/
Well the LCD ribbon seem fine to me because i see they are completely inside their hole, and unless how deep they are matters then I think they are plugged in fine.
Not both 3DS do the same, one of them doesn't even turn on, but react when I press power by making the power led blink in orange, and the other does the blue led then shutdown thing. Doesn't matter if i swap mobo, both are doing the same (so the mobo i guess are fine but the ribbons are not).
That's also why I think the ribbon cables are dead, is that every time i reassemble both of them, I always end up with the same result :(

Still, if they aren't powering on I would suggest checkibg the fuse where the battery connects, as its sounds exactly like how the dsi reacted if the f1 fuse was blown , charging light comes on and console actually attempts to powers on still but just shuts off. At this point you don't have much to loose and if it does work then hopefully both units are working fine

I don't have a soldering iron nor I am good with it.

I was wondering what if I send them to nintendo since they are still under warranty ? Can they really know it's been opened since there is NO SEAL, even if they could maybe notice fingerprints (that I can clean).

Nintendo will probably (definitely) update them, but I guess you could.

Chances are if they have to open them up and see that ribbons have been twisted/torn/flipped around, they will charge you for the repair. They will also likely update sysNAND on both systems as well.
