There is an option in the offline list program to save the list as a text file. Unfortunately you will have to use the program to find out the language as the program doesn't put that in the text file sorry about that. As for the NDS list I just used a directory printer program to list all my NDS Roms and I just updated them today.

    @Alastair
Are you talking about offline list?
Assuming you are use the update functions of it to grab the latest GBA update.
For DS I use ADVANsCEne's DATs
No-intro has made Dats for nearly every other console you probably care to use: http://nointro.free.fr/
(all three places like clean roms mind)

To grab a text list click tools then save full rom list.
You have to download pictures, some places have them all zipped but you can download them with an update as well.
Eithe press tools then update or press ctrl and U. Having done this tick Update pictures and Download missing pictures and finally press download.
Now get yourself a drink or fire up some games as this will take a while to complete.

Why do the numbers not match up? On GBATemp MMBN 6 is above 2430 whereas every other place I've seen has it below 2430

Offline list use Pocketheaven numbering. That is why numbers don't match.

Alastair, your sig is too large. Please resize it or it will have to be removed.

No wonder it wasn't working for me...
I was using an old link... v0.6a or so...
Haha! Now I'm using 0.7.2.a and the image download is working. Wonderful =)
Plus the DAT is up to date [IMG]

    Thank you.

    Heeey...
Offline list isn't accepting a lot of my games.
Does this mean they are bad dumps?
It's simply not adding them at all. (ie. they're not incorrectly named...)

I manually upkeep all of my lists by hand (copy and past then reedit as needed)

If you can be bothered to do so that is another method to do it. [IMG]

And it's 100% GBATemp compliant. [IMG]

Offline list only recognise "clean dumps". If there's an intro or it's srampatched, etc.. it won't be seen as good. offline list only reference the cleanest dump known following no-intro conclusions. There is ips patches in most cases to recreate those good dumps from "bad ones", but it can be a lot of work to have a full good at first.

    Thanks wabo.
At first I thought I had clean ones but I was doing everything (YES! renaming EVERYTHING) by hand.

    Of my 0-1900 i have like 100 that can't be added =S
Oh well. I feel very secure with this program [IMG]
Thanks for the tips on patches.

If you're really interested in Offline list and want to keep up with the latest changes, i suggest you some ressources:

    http://www.gba-ips.tk/
is a big source of ips patches, complete with CRC description

    http://x.or.internet.free.fr/forums/index.php
no-intro forum, most change happening there will happen in OL dat

    http://www.playeradvance.org/forum/showthread.php?t=435
thread about the OL dat fixes, when something changes, there's usually a fix for it there.

And also, here's a complete OL tutorial, althought it's google translated so it might sound weird in some places like we all know.:

Thanks, I am and it looks like there is a patch to fix all the games that aren't showing up properly for me. I'll patch them tomorrow, got to study for my last exam that is tomorrow morning. Then I'm done with High School! [IMG]
