PlayStation's Play At Home initiative lets users keep Uncharted and Journey for free

With the record amount of gamers stuck at home, PlayStation is ready to help out, by offering two games to PS4 users for free. Both Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection and Journey will be free to download and play for a limited time as part of the Play At Home initiative. The best part, is that you get to keep the games, too, permanently. Be sure to grab both games from the PlayStation Store starting on April 15th, or until the promotion ends, on May 5th. That isn't the only thing that PlayStation is doing, either, as the Play At Home initiative also means Sony will be donating $10 million dollars to indie game developers that are struggling as a result of COVID-19.

So, let me get this straight. Instead of everyone getting the game for free forever, they should get two months of a service...
And no, it is not a valid assumption to say that "the vast majority" already bought the game. Whether or not its already part of the services is irrelevant, as once those services expire, you lose access to the game. 2 free months of a service is not in any way equivalent to those games being owned permanently.

Yes I know but these games are over 8 years old what they are giving away so for those who never played those games ever either had no interest in the series and only going to download it for free and never play it... I was suggesting something that can bring you a vast variety of options but like another person said earlier I wasn't ware that PS Now wasn't world wide.

Maybe it is just me and maybe I'm the crazy one here lol

you got think about the younger generation who were to young to play or understand video games - so yr logic re no interest is totally flawed

No, it's that i dont have a PS4 lmao
Well, then your course of action should be obvious. Find yourself a woman. Make her fall deeply in love with you an earn her trust. Marry her, have children and have each other put in your wills. After 25 years of lovely marriage, take a trip to the grand canyon. As she's standing close to the edge, pretend to trip and push her off the cliff. Mourne. Then use your inheritance to buy a ps4.

Also, hope that she doesn't have the same cunning plan.
