Normally I would not link what amounts to a company advert but this was pretty well made and saw me have flashbacks aplenty.

Ignoring the lack of bike/skateboard/electrical parts and tools it looks like distilled versions of bedrooms I had, friends had or I otherwise saw over the course of things. The skip light/NTL cable installer light was a great touch.

Thanks to Surkow for sharing that one.

The difference 7 years can make.

I don't know how many people in marketing you had to fire, Sony, but it was clearly the right amount.

That was quite the nostalgia trip. The marketing did a way better job than other Playstation commercials this gen.

That baby is disturbing as hell.

There is something wrong if you buy your 4th console generation and you are still living with your parents.

My god. All those childhood memories coming back to me. Playing Crash on the PS1, playing GT3 on the PS2, playing GT5 Prologue on the PS3, and soon playing #DRIVECLUB, Knack, Killzone and Warframe on the PS4

Playstation 1:THE FLOOR IS COVERED IN GAMES
Playstation 2: HUGE STACKS OF GAMES
Playstation 3: a cd rack with A HUGE STACK OF GAMES
Playstation 4: a nearly empty room with just two games in it

Am I supposed to say it's a realistic representation right now? :P

    I forgot
Even though I was only a year old when the PS1 was released in the US, I still have fond memories of playing it as a kid growing up (Spyro trilogy FTW kthxbai). Same with the PS2, it was my favorite console to play whenever I got home from school (Twisted Metal: Black FTW kthxbai). And now, when I come home from work, I have my nice PS3 to play as well.
