PlayStation 4 5.05 kernel exploit released
Specter has released their kernel exploit for PlayStation 4 firmware 5.05. If you have a system on this firmware, it will allow for "jailbreaking", and other software modifications to the console, through use of this exploit. This was initially teased back in March, after the release of the OFW 4.55 hack. SpecterDev also claims that the hack might work on 5.07 firmware as well, as the kernel binaries are potentially identical.
In this project you will find a full implementation of the second "bpf" kernel exploit for the PlayStation 4 on 5.05. It will allow you to run arbitrary code as kernel, to allow jailbreaking and kernel-level modifications to the system. This exploit also contains autolaunching code for Mira and Vortex's HEN payload. Subsequent loads will launch the usual payload launcher.
