Hello everybody,i need help in playing these isos on Wii U(softmodded).
The fact that I run Wiibrew, everything seems to be well displayed cover, but when I run - a black screen, and then throws in the system menu.
USB Loader GX - 'USB Device not found. Switching to channel list menu'
CFG Loader - 'USB Device not responding' , and my wiimote+ turning off

I connecting my EHDD via self-powered USB-hub, Wii U detects drive.
    Please help me.

Try connecting it to the top rear USB port.

Ask here http://gbatemp.net/threads/usb-loader-gx.149922/page-937 to cyan, he hopefully can help you out, there are other people in that thread that could guide you ;)

EDIT: so... you are connecting your HDD to a powered USB hub, then the hub is conneted to the top rear Wii U USB port?

That's the problem then, you need to connect the data cable directly to top rear USB port, the power cable can be connected to the hub.
I had this same problem, USBLoaderGX isn't compatible with hubs (don't know why).

What you need is a Y USB cable.

The Wii U won't really work with USB Hubs, right? Especially with USB Loader Gx, it's a bit finicky and will only accept the data cable directly to the drive. I tried a hub before, it just flat out wouldn't detect my drive.

Wii U does work with USB hubs, is just some homebrew apps that don't support it, for example WiiXplorer does detect HDDs hubs (IIRC), unlike ULGX, nintendont, and other apps.

    thanks! that fixed my problem.

I just got my y usb connector and had to swap the red cable to the top rear usb port.

Must just be the apps i'm using then. Saying that, I mainly stick to ULGX and Nintendont anyway xD

    WiiXplorer does?
I don't have hubs to do some tests and add support to it.

Wiixplorer probably support it if you use IOS58, not cIOS.
Try using USBLoaderGX with IOS58, but then when reloading to cIOS before launching the game it will probably not find the game and reset.

Exactly, it works because IOS58, when reloading cIOS it will kaboom
