Gaming playing using usb

what would be the possible wrong why everytime i run the game from my usb loader it said;

ERROR #002

is there anybody who was familiar with this.?

What system menu?
What cIOS installed?
What game?
What region Wii? Game?

I know in USB Loader GX (and probably in other loaders too), you can go to Game Settings or Game Load or something like that, and from there you can enable the 002 fix.
Then click Save, and start the game. That always worked with me. Real simple
