Hacking Playing Physical Games requiring 3.61+ on Henkaku

I briefly looked and probably should have spent more time looking, so sorry this has probably been asked before. But can we play physical games that require 3.61+ on a henkaku 3.6 vita? Debating buying a game but only have my 1 vita on 3.6. Guessing not since the encryption key I believe was changed.

well if you look at the henkaku settings there's a firmware spoofing option where you can change it to 3.61 but I betcha 99% chance it won't work
