Hacking Question Playing personal dumps online, is it risky?

I plan on dumping my personal carts onto my SD card so I don't have to keep switching them in and out. Is it safe to play these dumps online? They're my own versions, my own certificates. Or will I be banned just for launching CFW?

No piracy here, I just don't want the hassle of switching games all the time. I regret not going full digital with my first purchases. I guess I'll wait a bit and see what happens. I don't even have the CFW yet, just dumping my games in advance.
